Eleanor & Basil were at an agricultural show where there was a Red Cross stand to test your marriage stress level.  To do this they interviewed each couple, asking question designed to prompt a response such as what irritates you about your partner. The questions were meant to create stress and lead to the "stressometer" to increase. But with both Basil and Eleanor the more they asked the more the stress meter went down. "I just love him" would say Eleanor. And Basil would say the same, "I adore her".  It was the lowest score for a couple they had ever seen at all the shows they had attended. This was sometime in the nineties - so they had been married for a good many years.
